Down over the weekend. As you can imagine, when it’s 110 degrees outside the house heats up fairly quickly when the A/C doesn’t work. I called around to about a dozen different places and none of them were able to make it out on the same day. Comfort Crew was very responsive and had someone out to my house in less than 2 hours.
AL, the service technician who fixed my air conditioner, was amazing! Friendly, understanding, and explained everything step by step.
